Returns and Refunds
At Prosper, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Policy
• Return timeframe: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return an item.
• Eligibility requirements:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
Return Procedure
- Contact us at contact@poubelle-prosper.fr with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will send you return instructions along with a shipping label if applicable.
- Send your package to the address provided in our instructions.
Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong item sent, etc.).
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure and indicate that you would like an exchange.
Note: Exchanges are only possible for the same product. If you wish to receive a different product, you will need to place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@poubelle-prosper.fr with supporting photos. We are committed to finding a quick solution (replacement, refund, or otherwise).
