Orders

How do I place an order?
Simply select your items, add them to your cart, and follow the secure checkout process.

Can I modify or cancel my order after confirming it?
We process orders quickly. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@poubelle-prosper.fr. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Where can I find the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You can track your order using the tracking link sent when your order is shipped.

Delivery

What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are as follows:

    Mainland France: 3 to 5 business days

What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs are €6.50 (incl. tax) for home delivery. Delivery is free for orders of €59 or more.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

How long does it take to receive a refund?
After we receive and verify your return, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

Products

Are your bins really made in France?
Yes, all our products are designed, manufactured, and assembled in France, in our workshop located in Mayenne (department 53).

What is the lifespan of your bins?
Our bins are made from robust and durable materials to ensure a long lifespan, even with intensive use.

Are the products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our products come with a 2-year warranty. For pedal bins, the mechanism is covered by a 10-year warranty.

Do the product colors match the photos?
We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur depending on screen settings and brightness.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following:

Is the payment process secure?
Yes, all transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
